How do I Register?
Once you make the payment for your lessons, you will receive a receipt of payment. Please send us this Registration Form to create your personal access to the Dante in Linea Platform: https://danteinlinea.com/en/registration-form/
How do I schedule classes?
Scheduling is up to you: you’ll have the flexibility to set your timetable and get matched with a dedicated Italian tutor who matches your preferences.
When: Classes available from Monday to Friday
Class duration: 50 minutes each
Start date: When the schedule has been coordinated with you
Please note that:
- Lessons are 50 minutes long
- 6 months after your payment, any unused hours will expire, and you will not be allowed a refund.
- Lessons will be held via our own Platform.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the lesson.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
We do not offer refunds for private lessons. However, you can book a trial lesson for $50 to see if our teaching method suits your learning style before committing to a package.
Can I pause or cancel my Plan of Classes?
If you need to pause your classes, you will have 3 months from the date of purchase to complete the actual plan you buy. This provides flexibility to schedule your sessions within that period.
If you need to cancel your classes please, email us at support@danteinlinea.com 7 days before the renewal date of your plan and our customer service team will help you cancel your plan.
Please note that after the specified timeframe, any unused lessons will expire, and a new package will be needed to continue your Italian learning journey.
