Your paid subscription to a Dante in Linea Program gives you access to all Dante in Linea course services, including teacher-led video lectures and text discussions, Common European Framework of Reference for Languages syllabi, courses ranging from Beginner to Advanced, and preparation for official certification exams.

All classes and services must be paid in full before the first session or in installment payments offered by your academic advisor. We accept all major credit cards, now you can pay online using our online payment system!

Your Italian course includes teacher-led lessons. Group lessons and private lessons are taught on a “class credit” basis, which gives you access to the indicated number of group lessons and private lessons offered by your Italian course.

All Italian course fees are recurring. Once purchased, they are non-refundable. You can choose between:

Group course,

  • The standard monthly fee with the option to cancel at any time ( 7 days notice).
  • A discounted fee that depends on the minimum length of enrollment and the duration of the program purchased. If you choose to pay a discounted monthly fee, you commit yourself to a certain number of months.

If you cancel before the end of those months, you will have to pay Dante in Linea the full fee. Before we cancel your registration, you must pay the difference between the discounted price you paid and the standard monthly fee.

Private course,

DANTE IN LINEA will make a renewal charge for the amount of private study hours described in the first payment. The notification of No Charge for the next renewal of the private hour plan must be made at least 07 days before the beginning of the next hour plan.  If the student does not notify us in time, we will charge an amount equivalent to the selected hour plan as an administrative surcharge.

After the initial enrollment, if your credit card expires, is cancelled, lost, or becomes inoperative for any reason, your enrollment may be cancelled. Before this happens we will contact you and give you the opportunity to change your enrollment date until you again have a card to make payment. Otherwise, your registration will be automatically cancelled at the end of the given time frame.

To cancel or change for Private Lessons, a notice must be received 24 hours in advance. There is no extra charge or penalty for changing or canceling a lesson as long as the change is made 24 hours in advance

Cancellations or schedule changes for Monday lessons must be received by Friday before 4 p.m. Failure to properly cancel or change a lesson will result in the full lesson fee being charged. This means you will receive an email from us confirming that we received the change you requested.

Please note that:

  • Cancellations and/or schedule changes must be made to Dante in Linea via email (support@danteinlinea.com) at least 24-hours before a lesson in order to keep said lesson. Otherwise, the class will be counted as “completed” and can no longer be made-up.
  • 6 months after your payment, any unused hours will expire, and you will not be allowed a refund.

Right to Change Prices. All prices related to the Service are subject to change by the Company at any time, without notice and without liability to you. The Company does not offer price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offer.

Refund Policy

All Italian course fees are non-refundable after purchase. Course schedules are based on a minimum of five students enrolled. If the number of enrolled students is less than five, we reserve the right to postpone the start date, cancel the course, reduce class time or combine classes. When we open a course it means that we have committed to our teacher for the duration of the course. Once the course has started, only the enrolled student can attend class.

An exception to the above paragraph is our money back guarantee. If within 45 days of purchasing your Italian course, Dante in Linea does not guarantee the start of the course, you have the right to cancel your Italian course and get your money back in full by writing a request to make use of this money back guarantee by written notification (e-mail). This money back guarantee does not apply to trial packages or subsequent subscriptions..
