CLASS REGISTRATION
Thank you for your interest in registering for our class. Before you pay for the class registration we ask that you read and accept our Course Policy, including our cancellation policy.
Once you make the payment for your lessons, you will receive a receipt of payment and we will send you within 12 hours, an email with an Registration Form to confirm the student information.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All Italian course fees are non-refundable after purchase. When we open a course it means that we have committed to our teacher for the entire duration of the course.
Once the course has started, only the enrolled student can attend the class.
An exception to the above paragraph is our money back guarantee. If within 45 days of purchasing your Italian course, Dante in Linea does not guarantee the start of the course, you are entitled to a full refund by writing a request by written notification (e-mail).
Published course times are based on a minimum of four students. If course enrollment is less than four, we reserve the right to cancel the course, reduce class time or combine classes.
After a course begins changes cannot be made. A change is considered something such as moving to a different course, putting your course on hold for a later date or any type of refund.
If you cannot attend a course you must contact the registration office at least 72 hours prior to your first class meeting. Tel: 706 834 0585.
With 72 hours notice:
You will receive a voucher for course credit that may be applied to a future course. The voucher has a one-year expiration date from the date of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash. Your total credit voucher will be reduced by a $45 administration fee for the dropped course.
With less than 24 hours notice or after the course begins: No refund or credit will be given.
MAKEUP CLASSES:
Makeup classes are NOT available for missed classes during a course program. However, private classes are offered at a discounted rate for students wishing to recover from a lost class. In this case, please contact our office directly to schedule a class with your instructor.
