All your good wishes have warmed the hearts of friends and family, even while away.
This blow that Italians have suffered has been felt all over the world and social networks have served as a means to show support and promote sites to help raise funds for those affected.
The greatness of the human being is measured by what it does for others in times of difficulty, which is why in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Nicaragua we have taken the following initiative to show solidarity and support all Italians who need us.
We will be collecting through the account the Dante Alighieri Academy, Honduras, your collaboration to send it directly to the Italian families of the town of Amatrice, an area where it is estimated that at least half of the town has disappeared.
