How do I Register?
Please send us this registration Form https://danteinlinea.com/en/registration-form/Ā to create your personal access to the Dante in Linea Platform. We will send you within 12 hours, an email with your personal access.
How do I book a Private lesson?

How flexible is the schedule?
Our private lessons are designed to fit your schedule. You can book sessions at times that work best for you, whether thatās mornings, afternoons or evenings, from monday to saturdays.
How do I know which level I'am at ??
If youāre unsure about your current level, we recommend taking our placement test before booking your lessons. This ensures you start at the right level for your skills.
How can I reschedule/cancel a lessons?

Our teachers’ time and commitment to delivering an exceptional learning experience are priceless. To show our utmost respect for their dedication, we have implemented a policy requiring any requests to reschedule or cancel a session to be made at least 24 hours beforehand. This policy ensures that our teachers can adjust their schedules appropriately.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. This fee acknowledges and compensates our teachers for their time and dedication.
Will I earn a certification?
Participants who attend and actively participate in the course will receive a certificate of achievement from Dante in Linea. Please note that this certificate may not be valid for the Citizenship application: You will have to take an official certification test. You can do this with us as we are home to CILS certifications.
What's the Refund Policy for the lesson plan?
All fees for Italian courses are non-refundable after purchase. When we open a course it means that we have committed to our teacher for the entire duration of the course.
We do not offer refunds for private lessons. However, you can book a trial lesson for $50 to see if our teaching method suits your learning style before committing to a package.
Makeup Classes:
Private makeup classes are not available for missed classes during a course program. After your payment, any unused hours will expire, and you will not be allowed a refund.
How long is my private lesson pack valid for?
Packages of 10 and 20 private lessons are valid for six months from the date of purchase, while our 30 and 50 lesson package is valid for 12 months. This gives you ample time to schedule your sessions and make the most of your learning experience.
Please note that after the specified period, any unused lessons will no longer be available for scheduling, and a new package will be required to continue your Italian journey.
