[The book is of geography]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Manner <\/b>( Used when before an adjective there is an indefinite pronoun) \u2192 Di mattina riposo e di pomeriggio studio: In the morning I rest and in the afternoon I study (separating parts of the day).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Origin, provenance<\/b> ( can introduce the origin of someone or something (verb ser + di) \u2192 Io sono di Roma. [I am from Rome.]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Can indicate the age of someone or something<\/b> \u2192 Una signora di settanta anni. It is also used to indicate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Movement toward a place<\/b> ( a place from which I arrive) \u2192 Siamo appena tornati da Milano. [We have just returned from Milan.]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Movement toward a person<\/b> (with people) \u2192 Ho la macchina dal meccanico [I have the car at the mechanic&#8217;s].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Time <\/b>(with actions that started in the past and are still going on when we speak) \u2192 Leggo da 3 ore. [I read from 3 hours ago]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Agent (<\/b> the person who performs the action) \u2192 Questo libro \u00e8 stato scritto da uno scrittore famoso.
