Learning to express emotions in Italian is essential if you want to connect and make friends with Italian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It encompasses verbal, facial and gestural communication. Communicating feelings and emotions seems to come easy to Italians, but for those of us who come from more reserved cultures, we sometimes need to learn it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ve come to the right place if you want to start communicating your emotions and feelings in Italian, whether you need to talk to a friend about an important matter or you just want to chat with the bartender while (How are you?). There is a difference between stare tranquillo \/ calmo and essere tranquillo \/ calmo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first case, it is an invitation not to get agitated, while in the second it describes a quality of the person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calmarsi and tranquillizzarsi are also verbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pacifico is also a translation for \u201cpeaceful\u201d, but it is not as commonly used as the other two to describe moods. It comes from rabbia (anger) and it can be used in all kinds of situations.
